Kilauea, Kauai. a beautiful property full of flowers, fruit trees, wildlife and the most magical view.
Tell us about the food- was it sit down, cocktail or food trucks? We’re drooling already!
We sadly had a last minute food cancellation so we ended up with summer rolls and a fruit platter for cocktail hour. we then had some takeaway pizzas with donuts and cake for dessert. low-key, but everyone loved it!
Was there a Honeymoon or did you get back to the daily grind?
We spent the next two weeks with our families exploring Kauai, the big island and Oahu. We have another honeymoon idea in the works though 😉
Do you have any words of wisdom or advice for upcoming brides?
Don’t stress the small stuff. Enjoy the process and take in the small moments on the day. Hug everyone. Embrace it all (even if it doesn’t go to plan). Straight after our ceremony it began to rain, we all hid under a tree and then once it stopped 5 minutes later, a beautiful rainbow came out.
