It’s hard to pick a favourite part! But I think the speeches in the tipi and dancing under the stars would be the best part.
Did you go with a theme? Was it classic or did you have a funky twist?
We went with a boho theme
What was your wedding location like? Help us visualise it! We’re real dreamers!
We got married at Wandin Park Estate on the main hill site. It was always my dream to have a tipi wedding so when we found a venue with so much open space we jumped on it!
Tell us about the food- was it sit down, cocktail or food trucks? We’re drooling already!
We had a grazing table from graze n’ things for cocktail hour, and we went with a pizza truck and gelati cart from gather round events. It was amazing!
Was there a Honeymoon or did you get back to the daily grind?
We went for a little mini-moon to the Mornington Peninsula after the wedding, and we are planning a honeymoon to New Zealand in the next few months.
Do you have any words of wisdom or advice for upcoming brides?
I think organisation is key, 1000% recommend a wedding coordinator for on the day! And also do things how you want to, it’s your day, make it how you and your partner want it!

It was so good! I described what I wanted and Hayley was able to find my perfect dress. I had been to 5 other stores and nothing really felt right, then I came to Amante and found the dress that was perfect! It matched my AESTHETIC and personality perfectly, and it was a designer I hadn’t come across in other stores.
